About Dr. Brown

Dr. T. Cedric Brown has a heart and passion for servant leadership, which stems from serving over 30 years at various marketplace and ministry levels. From 1994-2021, Dr. Brown served in ministry at the Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church under the leadership of Bishop Alfred and Dr. Susie C. Owens. He currently serves as an associate pastor at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden under the leadership of Pastor John and Lady Trina Jenkins.

He is the author of A Ministry of the Towel: Serving God By Serving Others, which serves as a guide for those who want to excel as influencers, shifters, and shapers in the Kingdom. He has also co-authored a book with his beautiful wife, Dr. Bobette Brown, entitled Marriage The Wholly Hookup: Principles for a Godly Marriage.

Dr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A & T State University, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Human Services from Regent University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, with a concentration in Leadership Development and Organization Dynamics. He completed a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA. Dr. Brown currently holds credentials as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. 

He enjoys spending time with his eloquent and beautiful wife of over 35 years, Dr. Bobette Brown, and his adult sons, Joshua and Caleb. He and Dr. Brown are co-founders of a non-profit organization called Marriage: The Wholly Hook-Up, which helps singles get ready and marrieds keep it steady.
